RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Asia Sports, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully check our products before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help make things right.

Easy Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is significantly different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be returned with proof of purchase or order number.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Personal fitness accessories that have been used.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

  • Clearance or sale items, unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

  • Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchange

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement where stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Asia Sports will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

  • If the return is requested for another acceptable reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and phone number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, if it is damaged or defective
